The first thing it was delivered without any major damage(?minor)..and delivered on time as assured by Shopclues. The color was same as ordered. The worst thing is quality of door of freezer and vegetable basket is poor. Next quality of plastics used in making freezer. It is very poor and shocking. The lock and key are like dummy made of the plastic. Our old fridge had a metal. I didn't expect this sort of quality from Samsung. As of now, it is working fin and I hope that it will last longer.

Product is Just Ok. We purchased this freezer for emergency purpose. Build Quality is good. Cooling is good. Rubber, Teflon glasses, bottle brackets all is good except the vegetable /fruit basket. It is so pathetic, weak and loose in build quality that if you check out this fridge in the showroom, you will never going to purchase this fridge only due to that pathetic bucket. We have another fridge previously, even 14-year-old fridge have the best quality fruit basket. Apart from the basket, everything is good in this fridge.

Review of Buying Fridge On Shopclues

Guys, believe me, this is just waste of money. The header of this product says 192 liters but if you go inside the specifications. you find somewhere it's mentioned as 182. I ordered this product for my family in hometown and now regretting. I have made a refund but the pickup is being delayed from Shopclues side. The worst experience I have ever faced.My money and fridged is now blocked for more than 25 days. Be careful before you buy large appliances from Flipkart. if anyway possible I would have given -5 star.

There Are Multiple features and Good Packing. This one is the best for this price. This 192L capacity rate here around 15000-16000 but I got this In around 13000 but a major drawback is Heating problem. Grand Look, Nice Colour, Very spacious, Fast cooling, inbuilt inverter and inbuilt stabilizer are additional features. Very Very Less sound, side heating also very less not that much high heat. This product you can go with Samsung without thinking much.

Awesome delivery by Shopclues by the given date. Before that, I am so confused and finally, choose this product. Without scratches, the product has been delivered. Refrigerator running without any heating issues. The sidewall of fridge heated very less. Finally, I am a lot of satisfied.

the product is really excellent and I will recommend this to all. the look and the feel are really superb, it feels like I have bought the top costlier models. I have not yet seen how the fridge is working as only yesterday I received it. so if possible I will update it if the review update is possible. Even though there is some delay in delivery and some confusion that was made from shopping website back-end and the customer care, it is not a problem as the price I received for this fridge is not beatable by the others. so I can bear it and say the E-commerce portal is the best. I received the product within two days of placing the order. Item is very well packed. Appreciate the seller.

Also, Samsung installation support also very good(Demo also did in 2 days post delivery). Samsung technician who came for demo explained very well and answered all our queries.Product wise look and feel Awesome. We just started using it and Cooling is very fast. As per BEE, 2-star rating(2017) mentioned on the product, it consumes 303* UNITS/YEAR. Will add more points after few months of usage.
